Hey Marilyn - A few suggestions from me to help aid you in a restful night's sleep:-

* Have a relaxing bath with Epsom salts, essential oils and rose petals.

* Light tealights and incense sticks a few hours before bedtime.

* Spray Lavender drops on your pillow case.

* Buy a 100% Silk pillowcase...it's a total game changer...it's like sleeping on a cloud and it is great for your hair and skin too and is worth spending the extra pennies.

* Listen to a relaxing mantra / meditation before bedtime.

* Drink water but say a prayer on it asking it to relax you and aid you in your sleep.
